Lovely B&B, ideal location near next to the central pier. Beautiful room, nice and clean, very comfy bed, quiet and peaceful B&B which is nice. Not far from the front or the beach. Everything you need is local. The hosts of the B&B are lovely and hospitable. Lovely little bar with nice drinks. Lovely breakfast in a lovely breakfast room which was all set up for us when we arrived in the morning. Thank you. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else xx
Fantastic stay room very , very clean . Comfy bed (mattress amazing ) owners made us feel very welcome definetly will stay again .

Have stayed here several times and would always stay again. Helen and Rick are awesome hosts, so accommodating and always feels like a home from home. Clean, central, got free parking on the road right outside. Everything you could want and happy to recommend. Thank you for another awesome stay!

Lovely little place. Great convenient location. Lovely comfy room. And very friendly staff who were happy to help. Unfortunately no wifi in rooms but did have WiFi downstairs. Though this wasn't much of a problem for the little time we were in room. And only very small tv on wall but similar to wifi, not a massive problem if you are busy and not in room much
We were over in Blackpool this weekend for my daughter and her friends dance competition. This meant early starts and some late finishes. We were all so well looked after, Helen made us feel so welcome, it was so homely and comfortable. Helen was up early each morning making sure we were all watered and fed and up late keeping us company. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable and just what we needed after a long day. Absolutely lovely welcoming stay, for my sister & me, room spotless, very comfortable beds, lovely & warm, tv, tea, coffee & hairdryer provided, lovely clean towels too. Location ideal. Breakfast very nice if required, nothing too much trouble would highly recommend xxx
